Session 1: Understanding the Impact of Eating Disorders on the Brain and Body of Your Loved One

These free community carer-based sessions are designed for parents, carers, family members living within the Murrumbidgee Local Health District, who support people caring for someone of any age with an eating disorder.
Learn how eating disorders affect the brain and body, why your loved one may think and behave differently, and how this understanding can help you provide compassionate, informed support throughout recovery.
There will also be an opportunity to ask questions in a supportive learning environment.
